Valentines Day!

One of my Favorite things about Valentines Day is the treats! And when I saw these big, beautiful strawberries at of all places Walmart!  I just had to buy them, and dip them in chocolate! So you should always melt  chocolate in a double boiler but I cheated and used the microwave.  We also dipped pineapple, but I found the chocolate would just fall off and not stick. I used Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate. Some I tossed in cinnamon sugar, other crushed Oreos!
